Description of Service
Whatzsy provides AI-powered photo editing, restoration, and video creation services through WhatsApp. Our service allows users to edit photos, restore old images, and create videos from photos using natural language instructions.
User Accounts & Registration
You may use Whatzsy by messaging us on WhatsApp. No formal registration is required, but you must provide a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account.
Payment Terms & Refunds
Whatzsy operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our pricing plans. All sales are final, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a specific edit, contact us within 24 hours for a credit refund.
User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Whatzsy for: illegal activities, creating harmful or offensive content, violating intellectual property rights, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to images you submit. Whatzsy retains rights to edited versions created using our AI. You grant us a license to use your images solely for processing your requests and improving our services.
Limitation of Liability
Whatzsy is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Whatzsy at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Whatzsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, specifically GDPR regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
